Tchelet Tzitzit

Each set includes both the white and techelet strands needed for one tallit or tallit katan. They are all prepared by Amutat P'til Techelet. The techelet is dyed witha n extract of the Murex Trunculus. This is the Techelet used at Yeshivat Zilberman (Jerusalem), Yeshiva University (New York) and by countless others.

There are three opinions as to the number of strands which should be techelet and white. They all come in regular and hand carded. The Shulchan Aruch does not require the tzitzit to be hand carded, but it is available to those who want this chumra.
